Before Master Service Companies, Robin worked as a customer service manager for a national call center within the waterproofing and foundation repair industry. With over 25 years of supervisory customer service experience, Robin has used her past experience to develop various protocols and systems. Over the course of a few years, Robin has held many different positions at Master Service Companies, including customer care director. She has now transitioned into her role as General Manager.
The culture and positive work environment have shown Robin that Master Service Companies is a great place to work. Robin says she is grateful for the career that she has been able to build with the company.
Robin is very involved with her local church, as well as youth and women's ministries. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and relaxing at the lake during the summer.
