Master Services recently addressed a sinking patio issue at a resort in Seymour, TN. With a noticeable half-inch gap between the wall and the cement slab, the sinking was likely caused by soil erosion due to rain and the facility's construction on a steep slope. To rectify the problem, we utilized PolyLyft, injecting it beneath the slab. This innovative solution raises cement slabs by expanding underneath and compacting the soil, effectively resolving the sinking patio dilemma.
