Matthew D.

Matthew serves as the Benefits Coordinator at Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, where he enjoys supporting employees and helping them navigate questions, benefits, and the onboarding process. A graduate of Maryville College with a degree in Physical Education and Teacher Licensure, Matthew previously worked as a P.E. teacher and middle school football and track coach. His experience also includes customer service, finance, and hotel management, giving him a well-rounded background in serving and connecting with people.

One of Matthew's favorite parts of his role is getting to know new employees as they join the team and helping them feel welcomed from day one. He believes building those relationships early creates a stronger team and a better experience for everyone. Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever he's needed, Matthew is always looking for ways to improve. His mindset aligns closely with Master's ONE Passion value, as he believes growth comes from continually learning and finding better ways to serve others.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys watching sports, especially football, traveling with his wife, and spending quality time with their newborn daughter as they make memories together and watch her grow. Whether he's supporting employees behind the scenes or cheering on his favorite team, Matthew brings enthusiasm, encouragement, and a servant-hearted approach to everything he does.
