Q1 One Team Meeting | 2026

At Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, we believe that great service starts from within. Each quarter, we come together as a team to reflect on where we’ve been, celebrate what we’ve accomplished, and refocus on what matters most, serving our customers well. This morning, we held our Q1 One Team Meeting, bringing together team members from across every department and location. Our local department heads led the way, presenting their team’s numbers, sharing wins, and giving insight into how each Gear contributes to the bigger picture.

Our General Manager, Dustin, kicked off the meeting by grounding us in our purpose. He reminded us why we do what we do and challenged us to continue serving our customers with excellence. He also walked through our company values and what they truly mean in action. To make it fun, he even offered a $50 gift card to anyone who could recite our values by heart. Leon, one of our service technicians, stepped up and delivered, earning both the prize and a well deserved round of applause.

Next, Lakin from Talent Acquisition introduced and welcomed our new hires from Q1. It was a great reminder that our team continues to grow with individuals who are ready to live out our mission and contribute to our culture.

Sarah, from Marketing, then shared an overview of our Q1 KPIs, highlighting key performance metrics and calling out wins across the board. A special shoutout went to our Bristol crews for their intentional focus on earning 5 star reviews and delivering standout customer experiences. We also took time to read one of the best reviews from the quarter, reinforcing the real impact our work has on homeowners.

Kelsea from Customer Care followed, sharing strong results from her team. They celebrated a very low cancellation rate along with a high front end conversion rate, both of which play a huge role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Our sales managers, Johnny Mack and Brent, then took the floor to recognize top performing sales inspectors. More importantly, they highlighted the team members who consistently do the right thing the first time, reinforcing the integrity and trust that define our sales process.

Brian wrapped up the departmental presentations by speaking on behalf of the Service team. He praised their strong Q1 performance and emphasized the value of tenureship within the company. He shared how many of our service team members are willing to go to jobs where they may not make money, simply to do what is right for the customer and deliver WOW service every time.


Because at the end of the day, we are more than some company. We are ONE TEAM. ONE PASSION. ONE EXPERIENCE. ONE COMMUNITY.
