Clean and Fully Encapsulated Crawl Space
After larger debris was removed, the crawl space was fully sealed with CleanSpace®. The finished system provides a much cleaner environment while helping protect the floor system and other structural components above.

CleanSpace® was carefully installed across the crawl space floor and extended up the foundation walls, creating a durable barrier that helps block ground moisture from entering the space.
SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier Installed
The SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to actively remove excess moisture from the air and maintain healthier humidity levels throughout the crawl space.
New Crawl Space Access Door
A secure crawl space access door was installed to help separate the space from outside air and moisture. This improved access point supports the sealed environment created by the encapsulation system.
