Creating a More Stable Support System
Multiple SmartJack® posts were installed throughout the crawl space to support the reinforced beam and address areas where the floor had begun to settle. The system is designed to provide long-term stabilization beneath the home.
Reinforcing the Floor System
Our team installed additional support beneath the floor joists and positioned SmartJack® posts under the new beam. This setup helps transfer the weight of the floor system down to stable support points below.
