Our team inspected a residence in Oak Ridge, TN, due to concerns about sagging beams in the crawlspace. The homeowner had previously installed a few support jacks, but additional support was needed, and an upgrade was desired. To address this issue, we installed our SmartJacks system, a durable and adjustable steel pier. These supports aim to prevent further settling and potentially even restore the house floor to its original position, providing a lasting fix for an issue that could have worsened over time.
