A homeowner in Erwin, TN, contacted us due to ongoing water infiltration in their basement, leading to persistent halo stains and mud puddles. Since the basement was used as an additional bedroom, we focused on protecting the walls and floor. After a thorough assessment, we recommended installing the WaterGuard drainage system to collect and divert water, particularly around the staircase area. This system, along with the TripleSafe sump pump for added protection, ensures the basement is now shielded from water-related concerns and potential mold growth.
