Master Services recently completed a crawlspace encapsulation and waterproofing project in Jefferson City, TN. The homeowner's previous plastic sheet encapsulation failed to prevent mold and water infiltration. Our team cleaned the crawlspace, installed a durable vapor barrier to seal out moisture, added a sump pump system to manage water intrusion, and included a dehumidifier to maintain optimal humidity levels. These measures ensure the crawlspace remains dry, mold-free, and improves air quality.
