Realigned and Secure
Once the piers were fully installed and the lift was complete, the porch was stabilized and the pillar was realigned with the roofline. The gap was closed and the entryway is now safe.
Pier Installation in Progress
We excavated beneath the porch and installed heavy-duty foundation piers to support and lift the structure. These piers anchor deep into stable soil and help prevent future movement.
Porch and Steps Pulling Away
This photo shows how the porch slab and front steps had shifted away from the home's stone façade. The separation was a clear sign of foundation settlement and structural stress.
