This Sweetwater crawl space had moisture concerns and weakened structural support. The area was damp, cluttered, and showing signs of sagging floor joists. Our team encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® system and reinforced the structure with nine SmartJack® supports, joist assist brackets, and a 39-ft steel supplemental beam. We also sealed vents, wrapped piers, removed debris, and installed a durable EverLast™ door for lasting protection.
