Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Not knowing anything about the process for repairs, I had to depend on your advice and had to trust your opinions and I felt comfortable doing that.
Dylan was very informative and took a lot of time examining the problem areas and explaining my options for repairs. He took extra time and answered my questions without hesitation.
Both the foundation crew and the crawl space crew were exceptional. They made sure I knew exactly what work they were doing and answered any questions I had. After seeing the problem areas, the crawl space crew reworked the repair plan to better correct the problem and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. Not many companies would do that.
Overall, they cleaned up quite well. I did notice some metal shavings on the garage floor where something was cut that should have been cleaned up. I easily swept them up making sure I got all of it since I'm in that area barefoot quite often.
