I like the fact that scheduling is kept and I appreciate the call ahead on expected arrival, good communication.
Always nice and professional.
We wish he would have taken us outside and explained drainage system, so we could have avoided cutting our concrete sidewalk, which could have been done per secondary repair person Brian.
Need more training, Brian came back to revise.
Wanted this work done by certified professionals.
