Explained the product well. We are not an easy sell. My husband is an engineer and I am an accountant so he had two hurdles.
Performed their work on time and they were busy the whole time. Everyone worked very hard and were able to do their jobs without much supervision. Both supervisors, pier and poly, made sure to tell us that if we noticed anything happening with the work to call the company immediately. This made us feel comfortable that the company stands behind their product.
Joanie was very concerned with this part. Seemed like they did what they had to do with minimal damage to yard. We will need to plant grass seed and we lost a few bushes that were in the way, but they raked and moved dirt back to where it belonged.
We had two companies come and make bids. Johnathon Fontenot seemed very knowledgeable. Offered a similar product at comparable price to other company. We liked his solution in regard to pier placing of piers and polylift better. Liked that he was a foreman before. Appreciate the warranty and that it transfers to next owner.
