Had to reschedule appt due to work schedule. Staff was always friendly and I appreciated them calling prior to service.
Brent was great to work with and his explanation of the services that could be provided. I appreciate him sitting down to go over it with me.
Quick and efficient. Really appreciate their work. I was working on a project in the back and would follow up with them every 30-60 minutes. They updated me of the progress and any issues through their time on site.
Overall, I initiate chose your service because it was what had popped up on google. I nor any family or friends had a recommendation. I am thrilled with the level of care and service I received. I have recommended Master Services already to some friends with similar issues as mine. **I would like to note, that I failed to follow-up via phone survey because I was working and simply forgot to call back; however, this is no reflection on Master Services or their staff. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with from representative, to salesperson, to installation.
