The only issue we had was when we signed up for service, we were not aware that it would be a 2 day job. We had requested that service be moved to December as I was going to be out of town the day (first day) of service. We found out about 10 days before service that the crew would be there 11/11 to do some of the work. Outside of the last minute scramble and need to book a last minute flight to TN (we live out of state), everything was excellent.
Master Service was recommended to me by the person who completed our home inspection. Living out of state, we had no experience with any of the companies providing foundation services. I clearly feel we made the right choice. I look forward to the peace of mind that I will have once all work is completed that my house has no risk of sliding down the hill…
