You showed up when you said you would, gave an estimate in a timely manner and were willing to attempt to fix the problem. The hope was that by using foam you would be able to level the steps and push them back against the porch. The crew was professional and efficient, the steps were leveled, but the process did not push the steps against the porch, which was disappointing.
The sales rep and the work crew really set the impression for me. This company rocks!
