The technician called me the day before to let me know when he was coming out. We discussed what would be done. Followed through with everything discussed and called me to let me know when the job was done as I was not home at the time.
The reason I chose your company is due to you being the local provider of the product that was under warranty. The reason I will choose your company and refer you in the future is how the company responded when I called in with my concern. I even had a guest over that didn’t close my front door all the way and the tech happened to notice and closed my door all the way. I myself am an HVAC tech and know generally when you do a good job the customer will only tell 3 people but if you do a job they are unsatisfied with then they will tell 100 people. So I just wanted to say your team did a great job of representing your company.
