This job was the final step in a job started in 2021. At that time 10 supports were installed under the home’s Main East - West and North - South beams. Two humidifier units were installed and the crawl space vents were sealed, and a new access door/seal were installed. What was left was a noticeable depression in flooring did not get corrected.
Jacob did an excellent inspection and work up for the above work. He happened to come to our property to give a quote on a concrete walkway leveling job. My boss got his attention to look the flooring sag/bedroom door problem. Jacob understood more work was needed and provided us with a proposal

Sure enough he showed a photo of what can happen to a joist installed without joist hangers
