I cannot say enough about James Anthony. I am in sales too, and was thoroughly impressed with James from start to finish. I was completely sold at the end of the appointment, and I am usually very cautious.
My initial research was conducted online and I came upon Master Dry. Knowing that the vacation home we bought had a damp crawlspace, we decided to give Master Dry a call. Everything from the first call, follow-up, appointment scheduling etc., was first class. James Anthony showed up on time despite having to make a 2-hour trip. His presentation and explanation of what he recommended had me thoroughly impressed, (and that is not easy to do!).
