This was more than a room makeover. It was a chance to come together, create something meaningful, and give a local family a space made just for them.
Our team partnered with Special Spaces to help transform the bedrooms of Daniel and his little sister, Emma. Daniel is a 12-year-old from Knoxville who is battling Spindle Cell Neoplasm and has a love for music, video games, and spending time with the people closest to him.
Over the course of just a few days, our volunteers painted, assembled furniture, set up technology, decorated, cleaned, and worked together to create bedrooms designed around Daniel and Emma and the things they love most.
The best part? Getting to see Daniel walk into his new room for the first time.
Projects like this are a reminder of what can happen when people come together for something bigger than themselves. We are incredibly grateful to Special Spaces for giving our team the opportunity to be part of such a special experience.
