Our team completed a full CleanSpace® encapsulation, sealing the crawl space to protect against moisture and improve energy efficiency. We removed debris, sealed vents, and installed two SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifiers with a condensate pump to keep the space dry year-round. For added function and safety, we provided new electrical outlets, a 50 Amp subpanel, and crawl space lights with switches. To complete the system, we installed EverLast™ crawl space doors for long-term protection and durability.
