In Hixson, TN, this crawl space was damp, cluttered, and filled with failing insulation. The exposed block walls and debris created ongoing moisture issues and poor air quality inside the home.
Our team transformed the space with a CleanSpace® encapsulation system (1,086 sq ft), creating a durable vapor barrier to keep moisture out. We removed old insulation and debris, then installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier with intake and exhaust duct kits to keep humidity under control. For added convenience and safety, we included a condensate pump, new electrical outlet, and crawl space lighting with a switch. We also sealed nine vents and wrapped piers to complete the encapsulation, giving the crawl space lasting protection.
