This Knoxville homeowner needed a fix for their damp, moldy, and drafty crawl space. Before the Master Services team began work, the space had standing water, mold, and poor air quality, and the homeowner was worried these conditions could cause structural damage over time.
Our team completely transformed the area by installing CleanSpace throughout the crawl space to protect it from moisture and the elements. To fix the drafts and improve comfort, we added SilverGlo insulation to seal cracks and openings. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump to keep humidity at a level where mold cannot grow. Finally, a TripleSafe sump pump system was added for dependable water removal.
Now, this crawl space is clean, dry, and energy efficient, giving the homeowner peace of mind and a healthier home.
