Our team designed a comprehensive repair solution to address every issue at its source. We installed the WaterGuard® Drainage System to collect groundwater before it could enter the basement and paired it with the CleanSpace® Wall System to create a cleaner, brighter space while helping direct wall seepage into the drainage system. To permanently stabilize the foundation, we installed helical piers beneath the settling corner of the home, successfully lifting and supporting that section of the structure. Finally, we installed wall anchors to permanently stabilize the bowing foundation walls and help prevent additional inward movement. Together, these proven systems restored structural stability, controlled moisture, and gave the homeowner lasting peace of mind.
