This Greeneville basement showed clear signs of ongoing moisture intrusion. White mineral deposits, known as efflorescence, had formed on the block walls as water repeatedly seeped through the masonry and evaporated. Over time, this type of water intrusion can contribute to damp conditions, elevated humidity, and poor air quality throughout the basement.
To provide a long-term waterproofing solution, our team installed the WaterGuard® Interior Drainage System to capture water before it reached the basement floor and direct it to a new sump pump equipped with an UltraSump® Battery Backup System. We also installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control excess humidity and help create a drier, healthier basement environment. Together, these systems work to manage water intrusion, reduce moisture, and give the homeowner greater peace of mind year-round.
