Wall Anchors Installed for Permanent Stabilization
These wall anchor plates were installed to permanently stabilize the bowing foundation walls. Wall anchors help resist outside soil pressure and can often improve wall alignment over time through periodic tightening.
Push Pier Installation Beneath the Foundation
To address the settling corner of the home, our team excavated beneath the foundation and installed piers. These engineered steel piers transfer the home's weight to stable, load-bearing soil, permanently supporting the affected section.
Visible Signs of Foundation Settlement
A large gap beneath the exterior brick veneer was a clear indication that the corner of the home had settled. Helical piers were installed to stabilize and help lift this portion of the structure.
