Waterproofing Around the Basement Walls
Our team installed CleanSpace® along the basement walls to help direct any moisture entering through the foundation down into the waterproofing system below. WaterGuard® was installed along the perimeter of the basement floor to capture that water and channel it toward the sump system.
A Complete Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard® was installed around the basement perimeter and then covered with new concrete, leaving a clean finished edge along the walls. Combined with the CleanSpace® wall system, this creates a continuous path for water to be collected and directed away rather than entering the usable basement area.
Protecting the Entire Basement
The waterproofing system continues throughout the basement, including around utilities, storage areas, and other existing features. By combining CleanSpace® walling, WaterGuard® drainage, and a properly installed sump system, the homeowner now has a comprehensive solution designed to manage water and help keep the basement dry long term.
