Master Services recently visited a homeowner in Erwin, TN, to address ongoing water intrusion issues in their basement, which was primarily used for storage. Despite previous installation of Carbon Fiber Armor Strips to manage hydrostatic pressure and prevent structural issues, water continued to seep in, causing mold and spore growth. After identifying efflorescence due to water intrusion, our home inspector recommended the WaterGuard® Perimeter Drainage System, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier. These solutions successfully transformed the basement's atmosphere.

This customer had us install some Carbon Fiber Armor a few years ago. This has stopped the wall from bowing in but has not stopped the constant water infiltration.
