The Crawl Space Before Transformation
This photo shows the crawl space before work began. The black vapor barrier is loosely laid and wrinkled, with insulation hanging from the ceiling joists. Ductwork runs throughout the space, but the overall condition looks messy and unprotected, leaving the home vulnerable to moisture and pests.

The Crawl Space After Transformation
Here we see the crawl space after encapsulation. A clean, white vapor barrier has been installed along the ground and walls, creating a neat and bright environment. In this view, you can also see the SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier, which helps control humidity levels and ensures the crawl space stays dry and protected long term. The transformation provides a healthy and durable environment beneath the home.

Standing Water Around Support Post
This photo highlights one of the major problems before encapsulation, standing water. A support post is surrounded by pooled water, soaking into the wood and increasing the risk of rot and structural damage and potential mold exposure. This water intrusion issue was a driving factor behind the need for professional encapsulation and waterproofing.

Installed Sump Pump System
This close-up shows the installed Master Services' SuperSump Pump system, which plays a critical role in keeping the crawl space dry. The pump collects and redirects water away from the foundation, preventing future standing water problems. With the encapsulation system working in tandem with the sump pump, the crawl space now has a reliable defense against moisture and flooding.
