Leveling Concrete Underneath Stairs Near a Side Entrance
This section of concrete near a side entrance had settled and become uneven. Our crew injected polyurethane foam through small holes in the slab, allowing the material to expand beneath the concrete, fill voids, and help lift the surface back into position.
Stabilizing the Front Step Area
Settlement had also affected the concrete landing around the home's front steps. Our team lifted and stabilized the slab to create a more even transition between the walkway, landing, and brick steps.
A More Even Front Walkway
After the leveling process, the concrete leading up to the front porch was brought back to a more stable position. The polyurethane foam remains beneath the slab to provide support and help reduce future settlement in the repaired area.
