Settled Garage Floor Before Leveling
Before repairs, the garage floor showed noticeable uneven areas and low spots where the concrete had settled. These changes can happen when soil beneath the slab shifts or voids develop over time.
Lifting and Stabilizing the Concrete
Polyurethane foam was injected beneath the settled garage floor through small holes in the concrete. As the material expanded, it filled underlying voids and carefully lifted the slab toward a more level position while adding support beneath the repaired areas.
