Uneven sidewalks often are not just cosmetic problems, but safety risks. In some locations, homeowners can be held liable if an individual trips and hurts themselves on sidewalk in front of their home. To eliminate such risks, Master Services uses PolyLyft to raise the concrete. This ensures the sidewalk is even and level, minimizing tripping hazards.

This liner is durable and tear-resistant, and it keeps moisture from settling on wood and creating mold.

This tear and mold-resistant barrier is installed along the walls, floor, and supportive elements of the crawlspace for maximum moisture protection. At this home, we also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and SilverGlo wall insulation panels. This crawlspace was in incredible shape by the time our team finished up!
