To resolve the problem, after an appointment was scheduled, our production crew dug a small trench around the building and then installed several helical piers, which connect the cement footing to stable ground using steel brackets. The piers' unique design effectively grips the clay-rich soil, allowing us to close the cracks and restore stability to the home.

This not only looks unattractive, but creates tripping hazards. To fix it, our team injected the slab with PolyLyft, which is a high-density polyurethane product that raises slabs to their original position.
