Master Services visited a home in Calhoun, TN that had issues with mold and humidity. Our home inspector recommended a moisture-proofing system in the crawlspace because without one, crawlspaces are easily exposed to water and associated damage.

We not only installed our CleanSpace moisture barrier, but our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier as well.

Clean Space has an antimicrobial additive embedded into the material, which prevents mold growth and proliferation. The dehumidifier keeps water vapor from settling inside the crawlspace.  What a dynamic duo!

This crawlspace near Elgin, TN wasn't in optimum shape. It lacked an encapsulation system, leaving it vulnerable to mold, mildew, rot, pests, foul odors, and other nasty problems. Master Services took a look and recommended our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, both of which work around-the-clock to protect below-grade spaces from damage. 

Our team visited a customer near Robbins, TN to re-encapsulate their crawlspace. It had a ripped and inadequate liner in place that wasn't providing protection, so we installed our mold-resistant CleanSpace liner. This liner defends against mold, pests, rot, and high energy costs!

An Oneida home was plagued by a musty, damp crawlspace filled with moisture and mold. Master Services came in to install black plastic, EZ Flow Drainage, an IceGuard, SilverGlo Wall insulation, a SmartPump Sump Pump, a lawnscape outlet, and an electrical outlet. The team also conducted mold remediation and extended their gutters. 

The tranformation from an unpleasant, smelly, and damp crawlspace to an aesthetically pleasing, odor-free, and dry space was a success!

An individual who owns a property in Oneida, Tennessee contacted us regarding the state of their crawlspace. The area had not been properly sealed and waterproofed, and there were some beams that had begun to sag. To address these issues, we proposed our CleanSpace moisture barrier solution, which would guarantee the crawlspace stays clean and, most importantly, dry. Furthermore, we installed some SmartJacks to provide support to the weakened parts of the crawlspace. This solution can be adjusted to provide additional reinforcement if needed.
