The Master Services experience is unlike any other. When you walk in to the office, you are greeted by a sea of friendly faces that all sincerely care how you’re doing. The culture of our company is focused to be a unified team that is committed to serving not only our customers and team members, but also our community. It is because of our outstanding employees that we have expanded at such a fast rate and continue to WOW our customers with superior service. We are passionate in the notion that the happiness of our employees transcends to our customers. Having a steadfast level of trust and reassurance that our employees are selectively chosen, exceptionally trained, and seamlessly integrated into our enthusiastic, cohesive team, allows us to uphold our mission statement to “do the right thing.”

Jason, one of our crew managers, first chose to work at Master Services for a stable, lifelong career path in Knoxville. He discovered that his career choice was a foundation for personal growth and continuous development as he made the climb from production to management. He always made sure to exhibit a strong work ethic and ensure exceptional customer care, which were both later rewarded through his promotion. Justin stated:

“Customer service is what makes us superior to our competitors. We truly believe in doing the right thing and about their problems. Money is always second.” 

Jason also reflected on his fellow employees and team members by stating that everyone has each other’s back, no matter the cost. They have a special kind of reassurance that allows them to believe in their abilities to complete the best work, with a strong support system backing them up. Through various retreats and constant training sessions, each team member is held accountable and receives constructive critiques to learn and better themselves. Jason loves working at Master Services, because it is “a family-oriented, fast-paced, driven, and hard-working team.”

 Dylan applied at Master Services because of the attractive money potential after researching similar job prospects. After interviewing, he knew this was his professional home. The rapid growth trends, the overall mission, values, and the employees he interacted with impressed him immensely. Dylan believes that the values of our company are always in mind and that every employee keeps the values in high regard. According to Dylan, the values, mission, why, and training are how we stand out among other companies in our industry. He believes that the discipline of our management is amazing and crucial in keeping everyone pointed in the right direction.

“The atmosphere is one for the ages. I truly enjoy coming to work each day, and the people I work with are the biggest reason for that happiness. Also, the simple act of giving your time to customers is very rewarding. The genuine ‘Thank-you’s” I have received on multiple occasions are priceless.”
