Every quarter, our production and sales staff join each other for a large, dual training day. Why do we do this? The answer is simple: we want our staff to be knowledgeable. Whether it is our sales staff inspecting homes and informing customers of their current problems that we can fix, or our production crew educating those customers on what products are being installed and how we do it, we strive for perfect customer service. We want our clients to know that they are in good hands.
Because we care about our employees, the entire office staff pitched in to cook and provide a delicious meal for our staff! Cookies, burgers, hot dogs, homemade pie... There was not a stomach left hungry.
Why do we take care of our staff? Because we love everyone that works here! We are lucky to employ the most knowledgable, caring, and concerned group of people at Master Services. We aren't just a bunch of people that work together- we are a family.
Our staff does so much for us, we have to give back to them when we can, even if that just means providing a delicious lunch!
