If you’ve ever built a brand new home that had angled stress cracks before you unpacked your first box, then you’d understand the satisfaction of having that weight lifted. It isn’t cheap, but I feel we got what we paid for & peace of mind is one of the most expensive things in our lives.
I think Call Rep & Sales Rep were the same person. I believed every word he told me & was thrilled the installation was as he explained.
Worked well together, explained things clearly, listened to my concerns. They didn’t stop at ‘good enough’
Left no trace, even re-taped the encapsulation
