Overall a great job...but for:
It took much longer than I expected as the crew size was small (3 people) took longer than planned. Crew and especially the leader were very hard working.
It seems project was larger than expected.
Crew broke a water line that had to be fixed by outside contractor.
Overall a great job but with a few issues.
