I have experienced some of (if not) the best customer service concerning such a major project. I have already recommended Master Services to others.
I was away on a trip so my wife was left to coordinate with the crew. She indicated that they were extremely courteous and professional. There was a miscommunication concerning the placement of the sump pump. The crew had already dug a hole for sump pump based on the lowest area of our basement. When I talked with Ben the crew lead and discussed our plans, he very respectfully said
that they would place the pump where I wanted it and they would make it work. I was VERY impressed! I came home to a very professional job. The day after completion we had major storms that delivered close to 4 inches of rain in less than 24 hours. Jill, my wife, stated the system worked great. Not a drop of water in our basement.
No pressure selling. Advised me to what I needed. I had already arranged to have another company come and give me an estimate, but I cancelled after speaking with Josh.
See comment 1. From what my wife has said and from what I have seen in the finished product, I am very impressed at the installation crew.
My stated that they cleaned up very well.
