Our team visited a home in Maryville, TN to examine some sagging beams in the crawlspace.
With time and lack of care, beams often rot, shift and settle, especially when already undersized for the dimension of the load. To fix the problem, we installed our SmartJacks system, a high capacity adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and even raise the house floor back to where it was.
This solution offered an immediate and long lasting answer to a pending problem that would have gotten incrementally worse with time.
