Our team recently addressed a settlement issue at a crawlspace in Oak Ridge, TN. Settlement can cause a variety of problems on upper levels, such as sagging floors, difficult-to-open doors and windows, and cracks. To correct the issue, we installed SmartJacks, a system that supports and strengthens sagging beams. With these in place, the crawlspace is now properly supported.
