In Cleveland, TN, Master Services tackled the improvement of a previously encapsulated crawlspace with substandard material installed by the home builder. The inadequate installation and thin material used led to the covering's deterioration, causing water pooling and mold growth within the crawlspace. After a thorough inspection, we chose the dependable CleanSpace® Vapor barrier, recognized for its durability and its effectiveness in preventing water infiltration. This system not only reduces humidity levels in the crawlspace but also enhances the overall air quality in the home. Additionally, we introduced our Sedona Dehumidifier and closed off the air vents to isolate the crawlspace environment from the outside, ensuring consistent control of the humidity level year-round.
