This crawl space in Kingsport, Tennessee was in rough shape... Musty, falling insulation, standing water, and sagging floors were just the start. The moisture was affecting air quality, and the floor above was beginning to settle under the weight of a heavy brick hearth.
Our team stepped in and tackled the problem from the ground up. We removed all debris and damp insulation, installed a vapor barrier to lock out moisture, and added SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the sagging floor system. The result is a clean, dry, and structurally sound crawl space that's now supporting the home above it with absolute confidence.
