This Riceville, TN homeowner had a crawl space that was exposed to constant ground moisture and outside humidity. Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair transformed this crawl space by installing CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation across approximately 1,280 square feet. The durable liner seals the ground and walls to help block moisture from entering the crawl space in the first place. As part of the encapsulation system, crawl space vents were sealed and interior piers were wrapped to create a more complete, controlled environment. The result is a cleaner, drier crawl space designed to support better air quality and long-term protection beneath the home.
