The crawl space floor and foundation walls were sealed with our CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System, a durable vapor barrier that prevents moisture from evaporating into the crawl space. By sealing the space with CleanSpace, the system helps protect wooden framing, reduce humidity, and improve the overall air quality inside the home.
As part of the encapsulation process, crawl space vents were sealed to prevent outside air and moisture from entering, and the interior support piers were wrapped to maintain a continuous vapor barrier throughout the space. An EverLast™ crawl space door was also installed to provide durable, sealed access to the crawl space while helping maintain the integrity of the encapsulated environment. In addition, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was installed to actively control humidity levels and keep the crawl space dry year round.
