This Hixson, TN crawl space had deteriorating insulation hanging down from the floor joists, an older ground covering, and exposed foundation walls. The space was vulnerable to ground moisture and humid outside air, creating conditions that can contribute to musty odors, high humidity, and other moisture-related crawl space problems.
Our team transformed the area with a full crawl space encapsulation system, installing a durable moisture barrier across the floor and up the foundation walls. We also installed a dehumidifier to help manage humidity levels and keep the space drier over time. The finished crawl space is now cleaner, brighter, and better protected from the moisture conditions that were affecting it before.
