The Master Services team visited a home in Grandview, TN that had a wet and dank crawlspace. Vented dirt floor crawlspaces are problematic, as they allow cool damp air to infiltrate upper levels of the home, increasing energy bills. They also create the opportunity for mold to grow, leading to rot and other problems. To combat these threats, the team installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system, which protects against mold and moisture.
