A homeowner not far from Deer Lodge, TN planned on living in her home forever, but knew that the crawlspace needed attention. She noticed leaking inside the area, as well as a damp and musty smell throughout the house. After thoroughly inspecting the below-grade space, our inspector recommended a moisture-proofing strategy. This plan included our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and SmartSump sump pump. These systems work together to keep water and its dangers out of homes. We also installed our SilverGlo wall panel insulation, which helps with energy mitigation.
