Solution

We installed our high-performance vapor barrier system to keep the area clean and dry, then added a professional-grade dehumidifier to help maintain optimal moisture levels year-round. To address the sagging floors, we installed SmartJack® support posts, carefully placed to lift and stabilize weakened areas of the floor system. The transformation was immediate and long-lasting.
